Spring Division Age Requirements

For the Spring season your child's age on August 31st of the league year determines which division they will be registered in.  Little League International determines the date ranges for registration and we must comply to be an official Little League program.

For the spring 2022 season we will use the following date ranges:

U6 – Tee Ball Ages 4 -5



U8 - A - Coach Pitch - Ages 6 – 7



U10 - AA - Kid Pitch - Ages 8 – 9



U12 - AAA - Bazinet - Ages 10 - 11



U13 - Major - Dauphinais - Age 12



U15 - Junior - Ages 13 - 14



U17 - Senior - Ages 15 – 16

Grafton Little League Divisions

U6 - Tee Ball Division: Ages 4-5

If we play under COVID protocols, there will be two games per week. Specific nights vary. Games last 45-60 minutes.

During a normal, non-COVID season, there is one game per week on Monday or Wednesday and a Jamboree on Saturday. The Jamboree consists of multiple stations and baseball activities for the players. 
** Tee Ball is only available in the Spring season.                                                                                           

U8 - A Division (Coach Pitch): Ages 6-7

Two games per week on Monday, Thursday or Saturday. One practice each week.

U10 - AA Division (Kid Pitch): Ages 8-9  

Two games per week on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. One practice each week.

U12 - AAA Division (Bazinet): Ages 10-11      

Two games per week on Wednesday and Saturday. Two practices per week.

U13 - Major Leagues (Dauphinais) Age 12   

Two games per week on Tuesday and Friday. Two practices per week.
Follows the official Little League Rule book

U15 - Junior League- Ages 13 - 14

Two games per week and one practice.  Games are in town and against other towns within District 5.

U17 - Senior Leagues Division: Ages 15-16                                                                                      

Two games per week possibly Monday and Thursday. One practice per week. Games are in town and against other towns within District 5.

Challenger Division:  

6 to 8 game season 
The Little League® Challenger Program was founded in 1989, and is Little League’s adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges. Any individual with a physical or intellectual challenge may participate.  The Little League Challenger Division accommodates players ages 4-to-18.
